摘要
对液膜用系列高分子表面活性剂LMS3和LMA1的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:由它们制成的液膜30min时破损率均低于05%,20min时LMS3和LMA1的溶胀率分别为250%和50%,明显优于常用市售产品兰113A等。采用LMS3—LMA1混合表面活性剂体系用于稀土提取,可使稀土的迁移率和富集倍数同时提高,具有较大的实用价值。
The characteristics of series macromolecule surfactants named LMS 3 and LMA 1,especially used for emulsion liquid membrane,are presented.Experimental results show that the breakage ratio of the liquid membrane prepared with each of them is less than 0.5% in 30 minutes,and the swelling ratios in 20 minutes are 25.0% and 5.0% respectively for LMS 3 and LMA 1,thus having obvious advantages over the conventional products in the market such as Lan 113A etc.. In the system of liquid membrane for rare earth extraction,with the use of mixed surfactants LMS 3 and LMA 1,the yield of rare earth transported and the times of enrichment can be increased simultaneously,therefore it possesses highly applicable in practical use.
