摘要
随着医院信息化建设的发展,电子病历受到社会的广泛关注。在《中华人民共和国电子签名法》实施后,电子病历获得了发展的法律环境。本文论述了电子病历存在的法律问题、《电子签名法》实施后电子病历的法律地位、电子病历的合法性、电子病历在医疗纠纷中的证据作用,从而提出一些可行性建议。
Objective With development of hospital information construction, e- medical record receives wide attention from society. E- medical record obtains legal environment development after the implementation of Electronic Signature Law Of the people＇ s Republic of China. This article discussed legal problems of e - medical record, legal status of e - medical records after the implementation of Electronic Signature Law, legitimacy of e- medical records and the role of emedical records as evidence in medical disputes, thus proposed some feasible advices.
