北京妇产医院近5年妇科病房住院患者前五位良性疾病构成动态分析

Dy namic Analysis of the Top Five Benign Diseases in Gynecological Department of Beijing Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital from 2003 to 2007

目的研究北京妇产医院妇科2003年至2007年住院患者多发疾病病种变化情况。方法回顾该院妇科2003年至2007年五年间的所有住院病案,按年度统计出各种疾病住院患者的数量,找出这五年中每年住院患者数量排在前五位的疾病病种进行顺位排序。结果北京妇产医院妇科2003年至2007年每年住院患者数量排在前五位的疾病病种共涉及七个病种,包括子宫肌瘤、异位妊娠、子宫息肉、子宫肌腺症、卵巢良性肿瘤、阴道脱垂、子宫内膜异位。结论北京妇产医院妇科2003年至2007年住院患者多发疾病病种基本稳定,五年来无明显动态变化。

Objective To provide a scientific reference for the medical treatment and preventive health care in gynecological practice, the present study analyzed changes in morbidity of frequently - occurred diseases among gynecological inpatients in Beijing Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital from 2003 to 2007. Methods All inpatient medical records in the gynecological department of Beijing Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital from 2003 to 2007 were reviewed. The annual number of inpatiants of each disease was counted and sorted, and the top five diseases with the most patients were singled out. Results According to the annual number of inpatients from 2003 to 2007, seven diseases were ranked as the top five common diseases, which include benign uterus myoma, ectopic pregnancy, uterine polyps, adonomyosis, benign ovarian tumor, vagina prolapse, endomctriosis. Conclusion The types of most frequently- occurred diseases were relatively stable in Beijing Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital from 2003 to 2007.
