呼吸病学临床教学应当重视间质性肺疾病知识的积累

Interstitial Lung Disease should be Emphasized in Clinical Training of Respiratory Medicine

间质性肺疾病已经不再是临床少见病,临床表现各异的间质性肺疾病几乎构成了呼吸疾病范畴的主要疑难病症。我国正在探索和建立一套完整诊疗体系,在医学生、住院医师和呼吸专科医生的教学和临床培训过程中,对间质性肺疾病还缺乏重视。呼吸病学的临床教学和实践亟需重视间质性肺疾病诊断和治疗的规范化,促进学科发展。

Objective The current high incidence suggests that interstitial lung disease （ILD） is no longer a rare disease in clinical practice. ILD with various clinical manifestations have almost covered the major difficult or complicated eases in the respiratory diseases. A complete diagnosis and treatment system is being explored and established in China. However, ILD is less involved in the training courses of medical students, physicians or pulmonologists. The diagnosis and treatment of ILD is warranted to be emphasized and standardized. This will promote the development of respirolngy
