摘要
为了明确可溶性糖及蛋白含量与水稻抗瘟性的关系,本研究以抗病品种龙选9707(含Pi-b基因)、普粘7(含Pi-15(t)基因)和感病品种丽江新团黑谷(不含抗性基因)为材料,测定水稻幼苗叶片中可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白的含量变化。结果表明,水稻幼苗体内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量在稻瘟病菌侵染初期与抗瘟性呈正相关,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量高有利于水稻抗瘟性的表达,有利于水稻对稻瘟病抗性的提高。
In order to definitude the relationship of soluble sugar, protein content and rice blast resistance, the resistant varieties (gene Pi-b) of the Longxuan 9707 and Puzhan 7 (gene Pi-15(t)) and susceptible rice varieties Lijiangxintuanheigu (non-resistant gene) were used to determine changes of soluble sugar and protein content in rice leaves. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between soluble sugar and soluble protein contents and blast resistance in early infection. Soluble sugar and soluble protein content were helpful to the expression of rice blast resistance.
