摘要
针对明矾石酸法制氧化铝工艺中除铁难且制得的氧化铝成本高的问题,提出了一种新的明矾石综合利用工艺—利用明矾石制取硫酸钾和聚羟基铝铁以及烟草肥和氮钾复肥。工艺充分利用明矾石中钾、铝、硫等有用成分,并且把铁也作为有用成分,变废为宝。工艺中还加入了硫酸分解氯化钾制盐酸工序,解决了聚羟基铝铁原料盐酸的来源和氨解母液制硫酸钾太稀的问题。
A new comprehensive utilization process of alunite was put forward,in order to resolving the problems occurred in the process of preparating aluminum oxide by acidic method with alunite,such as difficult of removing iron and high cost.Potassium sulphate,poly-hydroxy ferri-aluminium,tobacco fertilizer and compound fertilizer of nitrogen and potassium were preparated by the new process.A step that sulphuric acid decomposed potassium chloride to give chloride acid also was added to the process.It resolves the problem of raw material resource of poly-hydroxy ferri-aluminum and the problem that the concentration of mother liquor was too dilute to preparate potassium sulphate.
