目的探讨泪小管断裂吻合的有效方便的手术方法。方法回顾性分析我院2006-2008年间收治的30例泪小管断裂患者手术方法和治疗效果。结果手术显微镜下直接找到或经上泪小管逆行寻找到泪小管鼻侧断端并以一次性硬膜外麻醉导管作为泪小管支撑物的手术有效率达86.67%。结论本文报道的手术方法是一种简单、方便、有效的泪小管断裂吻合术式,值得在基层医院推广。
