摘要
根据已报道的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)外壳蛋白(cP)基因序列合成1对引物,对侵染辣椒的黄瓜花叶病毒湖北分离物的病毒外壳蛋白基因进行基因扩增和序列分析。结果表明:湖北省内不同辣椒主产区采集到的样品CP基因之间的核苷酸同源率高达98.2%~99.2%,与CMV亚组Ⅰ和亚组Ⅱ各株系之间的核苷酸同源率分别为92.1%~96.5%和72.1%~78.1%,并且和亚组Ⅰ中的ⅠB系列株系同源率更高。由此确认这4个CMV分离物属于亚组Ⅰ中的ⅠB成员。
Based on the reported nucleotide sequences of the coat protein(CP) gene of cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),a pair of primers were designed and used for cloning CP gene in the genome of CMV strains infecting adult plants of pepper in Hubei Province,China. Results showed that the tested virus strains belonged to subgroup-Ⅰ B of CMV. Different Hubei strains of CMV shared the nucleotide identities with CP gene, strains belonging to subgroup Ⅰ and strains belonging to subgroup Ⅱ was 98.2%-99.2%,92. 1%-96.5% and 72. 1-78. 1%,respectively.
