城市社区居民自治对社区公共事务管理是行之有效的方法,只有大力培育居民的生态文明素质,树立起居民对自然的道德义务感,养成良好的生态道德,完善社区居民参与机制,普及科普知识,才能将生态文明理念渗透到千家万户,形成人与自然和谐相处共融。

This paper studies the urban community residents＇ sense of participation in creating an ecologically - friendly environment. It is pointed out that instructions and actions in terms of ethics, sense of belonging and concrete acts contribute to the well - being of urban communities.
