摘要
通过分析当前社会制度、教育体制、现实环境、学术权力与国家权力的关系以及高等教育管理原则特点,本文认为高等教育管理要遵循政策性原则,并对政策性原则在高等教育管理中的表现作了宏观和微观的论述,提出了政策性原则在管理中的具体要求。
Through analyzing the current social system, educational system, realistic environment, relations between academic authority and state power as well as features of higher education management principles, this paper points out that higher education should follow the policy -based principles. The current study is both macroscopic and microscopic.
