摘要 目的探讨影响尿液游离轻链测定的因素。方法用散射比浊法分别测定三组不同预处理后的尿液中的游离轻链的含量,分别为未离心组、低速离心组和高速离心组。结果未离心组K:28.6±21.2g/L,λ:7.168±3.017g/L;低速离心组K:24.4±16.7g/L,A:7.02±3.02g/L;高速离心组K:20±15.4g/L,A:4.74±1.66g/L。未离心组放置2h后k:29.6±20.03g/L,λ:7.82±1.08g/L;4h后,K为30.93±18.6g/L,x为7.96±1.65g/L。高速离心组放置2h后K为22.5±17.8g/L,X为4.97±1.32g/L,4h后,K为22.8±1.64g/L,X为5.03±1.10g/L。结论离心的转速和时间对尿液标本中轻链的含量的测定有着十分明显的影响,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。标本的放置时间对测定的结果亦有影响,但不存在统计学的差异。 Objective To investigate the effect of preconditioning on free light chain in urine by nephelometry. Methods The levels of free light chain in urine were measured in the cases divided in high speed group,low speed group,and nocentrifugateing group. Results Uncentrifuged group k:28.6±21.2 g/L,λ: 7. 168±3. 017 g/L;low speed centrifuged group r: 24.4±16.7 g/L,λ:7.02±3.02 g/L;high speed centrifuged group k:20±15.4 g/L,λ:4.74±1.66 g/L. 2 hours later un- centrifuged group k:29.6±20.03 g/L,λ.7. 82± 1.08 g/L;4 hhours later k:30. 93± 18. 6 g/L,λ:7. 96±1. 65 g/L. 2 hours later high speed centrifuged group k:22.5±17.8 g/L,λ:4. 97±1.32 g/L;4 hours later,k:22.8± 1.64 g/L,λ:5.03±1.10 g/L. Conclusion The values of free light chain in urine were obviously different when the specimens was treated different speed centrifugation or time of centrifugation,but there were no statistic difference between groups that were placed different time.
