SYNTHESIS AND PLATELET AGGREGATION INHIBITORY ACTIVITY OF 6(4SUBSTITUTED ACYLAMIDOPHENYL)4,5DIHYDRO3(2H)PYRIDAZINONES

设计合成了６－（４－取代酰胺基苯基）－４，５－二氢－３（２Ｈ）－哒嗪酮类化合物１６个，其中１４个为首次报道。

Sixteen compounds of 6(4substituted acylamidophenyl)4,5dihydro3(2H)pyridazinones were designed and synthesized.Among them 14 were new compounds.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that all of the title compounds,in vitro,inhibited ADP induced platelet aggregation in rabbits to a certain extent.
