深圳地区3～8岁女童血清N．ADR，ER，FSH，LH表达水平的调查

Study on Expression Level of Serum N. ADR,ER,FSH, LH in Female Children with Age 3~8 at Shenzhen City

目的探讨深圳地区3～8岁女童血清中肾上腺素（N．ADR），雌激素受体（ER），促卵泡激素（FSH），促黄体激素（LH）的表达水平。方法随机抽取2008年1月～12月来该院进行入园、入学体检的女童，3～4岁、5～6岁、7～8岁各50例。N．ADR及ER采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法，试剂由美国ADL有限公司提供。FSH及LH采用免疫化学发光法，试剂由美国贝克曼有限公司提供。结果①不同年龄段女童血清N．ADR，ER表达水平，三组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。②不同年龄段女童血清FSH表达水平，3～4岁较其他两组差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），而5～6岁较7～8岁FSH表达水平及三个组LH表达水平问差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论通过对深圳地区3～8岁女童激素水平初步调查，证实了不同年龄段其激素表达水平有所不同，从而进行更合理的膳食调配及儿童保健，达到预防早熟的目的。

Objective Study on expression level of serum N. ADR,ER,FSH,LH in female children with age 3~8 at Shen- zhen city. Methods Randomly select female children （age 3~4,age 5~6, age 7~8,each for 50 cases） came into the hos- pital from January to December 2008 for physical examination. Detection of N. ADR and ER by using ELISA. The reagents were provided by ADL corp USA. Detection of FSH and LH by using immunochemical luminescence. The reagents were provided by Beckman corp USA. Results （!）The expression level of N. ADR and ER among different age groups has sta- tistically significant difference with P〈0.05 among 3 groups. @）The expression level of serum FSH of age 3~4 group has statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） compared to other two groups, while the expression level of serum FSH of age 5~6 group has no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05） compared to group of age 7~8. In contrast,the expres- sion level of serum LH has no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05） among 3 groups. Conclusion The investigation on expression level of serum N. ADR,ER,FSH,LH in female children of age 3~8 demonstrated that there is a different hormone level among the different age group,providing the scientific basis for the appropriate dietary deployment and chil- dren＇s healthcare to prevent the early onset of puberty.
