我院2006-2008年麻醉药品应用分析

Utilization of Narcotic Drugs in Our Hospital During 2006～2008

目的了解我院麻醉药品临床应用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标对我院FUGLEHIS系统提供的2006-2008年麻醉药品的应用数据进行统计和分析。结果我院麻醉药品的用量及销售金额逐年增加,芬太尼注射液的用药频度连续3年居第一位,硫酸吗啡缓释片(美施康定)的用药频度连续3年居第二位。结论我院麻醉药品应用基本合理,但尚存在不足之处,应进一步加强对麻醉药品应用的干预和管理。

Objective To analyze the utilization of narcotics drugs in our hospital and to provide the reference for clinical rational use of narcotics drugs. Methods With the analyzing methods of DDD and DUI, the data of narcotics used in our hospital in 2006--2008 were collected from FUGLE HIS System and analyzed. Results The sum of money of narcotics was increasing year by year, the use of fentanyl injection occupied the first place and morphine sulfated- release tablets（Morphine ） occupied the second Place for 3 consecutive years in DDDso ConcLusion The application of narcotic drug in our hospital was basically reasonable yet not perfect; therefore, intervention and control for use of narcotic drugs should be strengthened.
