杨梅苷对四氧嘧啶模型小鼠降血糖作用的初步研究

Studies on Hypoglycemic Actions of Myricetrin in Alloxan -induced Model Mice

目的研究杨梅苷对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。方法用四氧嘧啶制造糖尿病小鼠模型、采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖。结果杨梅苷可显著降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖。结论杨梅苷对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降血糖作用。

Objective To study hypoglycemic effects of myricetrin on alloxan - induced diabetic mice. Method The diabetic mice model was induced by alloxan. The blood glucose levels of model and normal mice were determined by method of glucose oxidizes. Results The blood glucose levels of the diabetic mice in myricetrin groups significantly decreased. Conclusion Myricetrin has better hypoglycemic actions on diabetic mice models induced by alloxan
