银黄胶囊中木犀草苷的含量测定

Determination of luteolin-7-0-glucoside in Yinhuang Capsules by HPLC

目的建立银黄胶囊中木犀草苷的含量测定方法。方法以PhenomenexC18(250nm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为315nm,柱温为30℃。结果木犀草苷在0.20～1.23μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法回收率为98.56%,RSD=1.22%.结论方法简便、准确,可用于银黄胶囊中木犀草苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish the HPLC method to determine the content of luteolin-7-0-glucoside in Yinhuang Capsules.Methods The column： PhenomenexC18 column（250nm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.5% acetic aqueous; The flow rate ：1.0ml·min-1, and the detecting wavelength： 315nm. The column temperature：30℃. Result The linear ranges were 0.20-1.23μg for luteolin-7-0-glucoside. （r= 0.9996）.The average recoveries were 98.56% and RSD 1.22%.Conclusion The method was simple, accurate .The quality of luteolin-7-0-glucoside in Yinhuang Capsules can be controlled by the method
