摘要
吊车梁受拉区受损采用焊接补强的方法,往往在重复荷载作用下,容易在焊缝区产生裂纹,影响构件的疲劳强度。本文通过试验研究采用粘贴复合材料的方法来处理受损梁的强度补强。该方法简单、实用,而且在200万次循环荷载作用下,复合材料与粘贴构件连接处无裂纹,黏结完好,满足实际工程的抗疲劳要求。
When the crane beam is damaged in drew area, reinforcement with weld can easily bring forth the cleavage on the play of repeated force, which affect the component's fatigue strength. Sticking with FRP can strengthen the damaged beam's strength. It is easy and practical way. The continuation area between FRP and pasted component don't appear the cleavage and stick in good condition after 2 million rotational force, which meet the practical project's need of resisting fatigue.
