摘要
通过对渤海新区水资源利用现状的计算，分析了区域地下水漏斗的发展和变化趋势，建立了漏斗中心地面沉降与地下水水位相关关系，分别对地面沉降和风暴潮对沿海地区的环境破坏和灾害影响进行了评估与预测，提出了保障渤海新区经济发展，人民生活和水环境全面、协调、可持续发展的重大战略措施。
Based on the present status of water use in the New Bohai District, it analyzed the development of regional groundwater funnel and its trend, es tablished a relationship between the funnel and groundwater level in ground subsidence center. On the ground subsidence and storm on coastal areas, the environmental damage and disaster effect were evaluated and forecasted. It proposed some important strategic measures for economy development safeguard the people＇s life and water environment comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development in the New Bohai District.
