旱情分中心建设与实践——以石家庄旱情分中心为例

Establishment and Practice of Drought Information Sub Center-A Case study on Shijiazhuang Sub Center

旱情是河北省多见的自然灾害，旱情分中心建设是以设区市为单元进行的旱情信息监测与分析系统的建设。以石家庄旱情分中心为例，分析了旱情分中心设计的要点，以及在建设实践过程中发现的主要问题，并提出了相关建议，供其他地区以及后续项目参考。

Drought is a frequent natural disaster in Hebei province. Drought Information Sub center is established with the unit of city, which consists of drought monitoring system and analysis system. Taking Shijiazhuang Sub center as an example, it analyzed the critic design elements of this sub center and the main problems found in practice. Moreover, some relative suggestions and proposals are put forward for the reference of other areas and subsequent projects.
