主要探讨在长江水监测中,应用AFS-920型双道原子荧光光度计测定水中砷、汞的方法和技术。根据被测元素原子激发出荧光强度值在一定范围内与被测元素的浓度成正比的原理,以硼氢化钠作还原剂,盐酸为介质,进行原子化。砷与汞的检出限分别为0.2μg/L和0.
It mainly discussed the method and technology of determining Arsenic, Mercury in water of the Yangtze River simultaneously by using the AF-920 dual channel atomic fluorescence photometers. In hydrochloric acid medium, the analyzed elements are atomized with the reducer of sodium borohydride, the excited fluorescence intensity is proportional to the elementary concentration within limits. Detecting limits of the Arse- nic and Mercury are 0. 2 and 0.01 /μg/L, respectively.
