摘要
节水灌溉是调整农业产业结构,实现水土资源合理利用,改善生态环境,促进国民经济发展和农业增产增收的重要举措。节水灌溉是充分合理利用各种水资源,采取水利、农业、管理等技术措施,使区域内有限的水资源总体利用率最高及其效益最佳。我国发展节水灌溉经过30多年实践,遵循因地制宜的原则,已形成多种适宜不同地区、不同作物,不同类型区的节水灌溉工程技术模式,经过广泛的应用,实施结果都取得了显著的节水增产增效的效益。
Water-saving irrigation is an important measure for adjusting the agricultural structure, achieving the rational use of water and soil resources, improving the ecological environment, promoting economic development and increasing agricultural production. Water-saving irrigation is to achieve the maximum utilization and the best effectiveness of the limited regional water resources by using the full range of water resources ra tionally, using the technical method of water conservation, agriculture, and management. The development of water-saving irrigation in China has been more than 30 years, following the principle of suiting measures to local conditions. It has formed a water-saving irrigation engineering technical mode and this mode is suitable to a number of different areas, different crops, and different types of zone. After a wide range of applications, the implementation of the results has made a significant effectiveness.
