摘要
依据可信计算系统的可靠性分析理论,结合直流输电工程应用情况,对高压直流输电控制和保护系统的冗余技术做了可靠性方面的研究。首先介绍了冗余技术的背景及在直流输电工程中对可靠性的要求,然后分析了主动冗余技术和被动冗余技术在直流输电控制和保护系统设计中的应用,最后对控制和保护装置的冗余配置原则做了阐述,并针对装置的冗余设计提供了一些实现参考,对工程应用和系统冗余设计具有重要意义。
According to reliability computing theory and combining HVDC project application, this paper researches HVDC control and protection system redundancy design technology. First, it introduces redundancy of application background and the reliability requirement of HVDC project application. Second, it analyzes of the active and passive redundant technology in HVDC control protection system reliability design. Last, it describes the rule of configuring the control and protection system and gives the solution for redundancy equipment development. This paper has an important meaning for HVDC project and system redundancy design.
