摘要
指出农村电网保护配置中存在的问题,分析了农村电网发展的趋势,进一步提出了光纤纵差保护在农村电网中的重要性。详细阐述了光纤纵差保护的实现过程和解决方案,针对光纤差动保护中的通道及数据传输问题进行了讨论,提出了解决保护两侧采样同步问题的方案:通过牛顿插值法来实现采样同步,误差会大大减小。
This paper indicates the problem in set of protection in rural power grid,analyses the trend and brings forward the important of optical fiber differential protection in rural power grid.It gives a detailed explanation on the implementation procedure and solution of optical fiber differential protection. For some problems about data transmitting and channel of differential current protection, a new method to solve them is pointed out. If to realize sampling synchronization by using Newton interpolation ,the error can minish greatly.
