战略管理理论范式研究——国外战略管理学派的思想剖析

A Study of the Strategic Management Theory Paradigm Based on the Thought of Foreign Strategic Management Schools

从研究思想发展的历程分析,战略管理理论形成影响力较大的四个学派:战略规划学派、适应学习学派、产业组织学派和资源基础学派。基于战略管理理论范式分析框架,本文对四大战略学派理论思想进行了剖析,提出了对于发展战略管理理论研究的重要结论与启示。

From the study of the development of thought, strategic management theory has formed four greater influential schools: the strategic planning school, adaptive learning school, industrial organization school and the resource base school. Based on the analysis framework of strategic management theory paradigm, this paper analyzes the theoretical thought of four greater strategic management schools and proposes the important conclusions and enlightenment to develop strategic management theory research.
