On Shanghai Airlines＇ Shanghai-Seoul and Shanghai-Gimpo flights, three South Korean women take turns working alongside the Chinese flight attendants. As they smile beautifully and speak fluent Korean, the women play an integral role in providing near-excellent in-flight service. The South Korean flight attendants, indeed, have become a good, and appealing, first impression that many passengers have of Shanghai Airlines.
