2008年末以来,大量银行资金集中涌向各级地方政府的融资平台,这种由政府的行政干预和商业银行的市场化选择共同作用下的贷款结构,短期内无疑会止住经济迅猛下滑的趋势,但中长期所蕴含的潜在风险值得关注。
Since 2008,much bank funds influxed into local governments financing platform.The loan structure,which caused by the government's administrative intervention and the marketoriented selection of commercial banks,will undoubtedly desist the trend of rapid decline in economy temporarily.But in the long-term,the banks should concern with the potential risk.
