摘要
本文采用新型高效的碱式碳酸铜-DMF催化体系,并以廉价甲醇代替DMF为溶剂,系统地考察了由3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛经甲氧基化反应合成香兰素的反应条件,其中在新型反应体系中,3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛在130℃下于2.67mol/l的甲醇钠的甲醇溶液中搅拌反应2h,其转化率可达96.7%。
Abstract By the complete study of methoxylation reaction in the process of synthesizing vanillin from 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,the reaction condition was improved,which included a mild and efficient cupric subcarbonate-DMF catalytic system was found and the DMF solvent was replaced by methanol.At last,with the cupric subcarbonate DMF system being used as catalyst and methanol as solvent,96.7% 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde could be converted to vanillin at 130℃ for 2h.
