摘要
以异长叶烯、多聚甲醛、乙酸为原料,在硫酸催化下通过Prins反应合成乙酸琥珀酯。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、原料配比等条件对反应的影响。实验表明:当异长叶烯、甲醛和乙酸的摩尔配比为1∶16∶35,硫酸用量为06%(以总物料质量计),于60~65℃、常压反应16小时,可得到目的产物产率615%。
The amboryl acetate was synthesized via prins reaction using isolongifolene, polyformaldehyde and acetic acid as reactants, sulfuric acid as catalyst. Factors affecting reaction: temperature, time, amount of catalyst and reactant ratio were examined. The experiments showed that the mole ratio of isolongifolene/ polyformaldehyde/acetic acid/ 1/16/35,amount of H2SO4 06%,reaction temperature 60~65℃ and the reaction period 16h were provided, the yield of objective product 615% could be reached.
