利用离子交换法提取L-异亮氨酸的研究

Study on LIsoleucine Recovery by IonExchange

利用离子交换法从Ｌ异亮氨酸发酵液中分离提取Ｌ异亮氨酸．考察了发酵液酸化ｐＨ值，不同浓度洗脱剂以及单柱与双柱串连吸附对Ｌ异亮氨酸分离提取的影响．确定了发酵液酸化ｐＨ低于２５，双柱串连吸咐，用０２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＮＨ４Ｃｌ０１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＮＨ４ＯＨ复合洗脱剂洗脱的分离效果较好．提取总收率可达４５％以上．

LIsoleucine was recovered from the fermentative liquid by ionexchange.The effects on Lisoleucine recovery were studied with pH values of acidified fermentative liquids,eluants or different concentrations and absorption by asingle resin column or double resin columns.The recovery conditions were that the pH value of acidified fermentative liquid was below 25,absorption by double resin columns and elution by 02mol·L-1 NH4CI01mol·L-1 NH4OH.Under the conditions,the rate of Lisoleucine recovery was up to 45%.
