关于大连港码头滨水地区未来发展的思考

Helpless Reality Permanent Regret? Study on the Future Development of the Waterfront of Dalian Harbor

本文通过介绍大连港地区更新改造的相关规划设计研究过程与成果,分析与其最终修订的控制性详细规划的根本差别,并结合我国规划设计实践的现状,提出相关方面的思考。

This paper introduces the Urban Redevelopment Project of the Dalian Harbor Area, its urban planning process and design study, as well as selected design products. The paper compares the difference between the early design schemes with the final regulatory detailed plan. Based on the existing conditions of the urban planning practice in China, the authors make discussions on planning and design scheme is a reflection of reality.
