风景道评估体系是风景道理论研究中最为基础和最重要的部分之一,同时它也是开展风景道认证工作,指导风景道体系建设实践中最为关键的方面。从评估流程与机构、评估程序、评估方法和评估标准等方面对美国风景道评估体系进行了较详细的论述。在借鉴美国国家风景道评估体系经验与启示基础上,提出了要积极开展中国国家风景道评估体系理论与实践研究,构建中国国家风景道评估体系的建议。

The scenic byway assessment system is the one of the most fundamental and important part of scenic byway theory researches and it is also the key aspect in the practices of scenic byway accreditation and construction. The paper makes detailed exposition on the assessment processes and institutions, procedures, methods and standards of the scenic byway assessment system of the United States. Based on the experience of the national scenic byway assessment system of the United States, it is proposed that the theories and empirical studies of Chinese national scenic byway assessment system should be actively conducted and the system should be built.
