跌水别墅是美国建筑师赖特的著名作品。在参观研究之后,认为其设计的指导思想是西方的"人定胜天"思想,与中国风景园林的指导思想"天人合一"有所不同。
Fallingwater is a world-famous masterpiece of the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. After visiting and studying the house, the author found out that Wright＇s design philosophy was based on the western thought that man will triumph over nature, which is different from that of Chinese landscape architecture that pursued the harmony of man and nature.
