摘要
将有限元结构分析与优化算法相结合,应用APDL建立了多排均载推力滚子轴承的有限元模型及优化数学模型.对该类轴承结构尺寸进行优化,得到最大均载率.采用UIDL语言编制用户界面,该软件封装了有限元模型和优化数学模型等要素,便于普通设计人员的使用.
By means of combining the structure analysis of finite element with optimization algorithm, the finite element model and optimization mathematics model of the multi - serial uniform load thrust bearing were established by APDL. Then the structure sizes of this type of bearing were optimized to gain the best rate of uniform load. The user interface was written by UIDL, with the elements such as finite element model and optimization mathematics model enveloped by the software, so that the common designer who is unfamiliar with the ANSYS and optimization could utilize it.
