Analysis of chemical constituents of essential oil from pericarps of Zanthoxylum simulans Hance by GC-MS

摘要 目的研究野花椒果皮的挥发性成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野花椒果皮的挥发油,运用GC-MS分析其化学成分。结果从野花椒果皮挥发油中分离出51个色谱峰,鉴定了48个化合物,占总量的99.07%。结论野花椒中主要成分是萜烯类和萜醇类,占总含量的75.71%。 OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of essential oil from pericarps of Zanthoxylum simulans Hance.METHODS The essential oil was extracted from pericarps of Zanthoxylum simulans Hance by steam distillation.The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS 51 peaks were separated,and 48 components were identified,which accounted for over 99.07% of total essential oil.CONCLUSION The main chemical constituents of pericarps of Zanthoxylum simulans Hance are terpene and terpene alcohol(75.71%).
