摘要
目的采用稳健方差分析,评价丹参采样和元素分析全程质量控制过程。方法通过计算四川、河南、山东等8省26个点的丹参根际土和药材中无机元素测定值的方差分析,并参考相关标准,评价采样质量。结果丹参药材和根际土中Mn、Zn、Cu方差分析结构符合全程质量评价标准的要求。结论丹参相关样品的采集和分析误差在可控范围内。
OBJECTIVE Robust analysis are applied for evaluating the radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae smapling and element amalysis to control whole procedure quality.METHODS Referencing evaluation standards,the element in soil and radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from eight provinces 26 hits were calculated to evaluate the sampling quality.RESULTS Accoring to the ANOVA analysis of element Mn,Zn,Cu in Soil and radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,the results showed that the content of element satisfy the requicement.CONCLUSION Quality control about radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae sampling and element analysis is controllable.
