概述了45 m3聚合釜的主要技术参数,通过试验优化了聚合配方:增加氯乙烯1.3 t、消泡剂2.5 kg,减少水1 t、分散剂1.4 kg,由引发剂1改用引发剂2,提高了PVC产量,获得直接经济效益3 316.5万元/a。
The main technical parameters of 45 m3 polymerizer were summarized. Through optimizing the polymerization formula, i. e. , increasing the using amounts of vinyl chloride and antifoamer by 1.3 tons, 10 kg and 2.5 kg,respectively,decreasing the using amounts of water and dispersant by l tons and 1.4 kg,respectively,and replacing initiator 1 by initiator 2 the output of PVC was increased and direct economic benefits of 33. 165 million RMB ￥were achieved.
