摘要
超大直径泥水平衡式盾构机的始发是盾构机施工的一项关键技术,本文总结了南京长江隧道工程盾构机始发施工中始发段地层加固、地下连续墙破除、洞门密封、负环管片的拼装与加固、泥水平衡的建立以及同步注浆工艺和技术,可供类似工程借鉴。
Launching is the key technology for super-diameter slurry-pressure-balance TBM. It summarizes the foundation reinforcement of launching, explode of underground continuous wall, seal on shaft wall, build and reinforcement for minusring, establishment of slurry balance, as well as techniques and technologies of synchronous grouting of Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Project in this text, and it can be used for similar projects as reference.
