摘要
目的:观察玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗LASI K术后干眼的疗效。方法:选择LASI K术后干眼患者62例100只眼,随机分为2组:治疗组32例53只眼,应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液滴眼;对照组30例47只眼,仅用玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼。每日4次,每次1～2滴,连续用药2个月。用药1周后开始观察药物疗效,连续观察1～3个月。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为98.11%、89.36%(P<0.05);用药后平均病程分别为(21.53±3.02)、(32.95±2.29)d(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药能缩短病程,加速角膜上皮愈合。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in combination with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops for dry eye after undergoing eximer laser in- situ keratomileusis （LASIK） .METHODS： 62 cases （100 eyes） of patients with dry eye after undergoing LASIK were randomly divided into two groups： 32 cases （53 eyes） in the treatment group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in combination with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops, and 30 cases （47 eyes） in the control group with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops alone （4 times/day, 1-2 drops/time） for 2 months. The drug efficacy was observed for 1-3 months since 1 week after the initiation of medication. RESULTS： The total effective rate in the treatment group vs. the control group was 98.11% vs. 89.36% （P〈0.05）, and the mean course of disease was （21.53±3.02） days vs. （32.95±2.29） days（P〈 0.05） . CONCLUSION： Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in combination with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops can shorten the course of disease and speed up the healing of the corneal epithelium in patients with dry eye after undergoing LASIK.
