当前高校法制教育存在的若干问题与对策的思考

Thoughts on the Several Issues and Countermeasures of Legal Education in Contemporary Colleges

由于种种原因,目前高校对大学生的法制教育工作存在着目标不明确、内容选取上重知识普及而轻价值塑造、将法制教育局限于或主要依托于课堂教学、忽略学生主体地位等问题。本文从一个大学法制教育工作者角度,对上述问题进行了探讨并提出了若干解决问题的办法,以期能对我国高校法制教育的改革提供一些有益的参考。

Today,for various reasons,there are some problems existing in the legal education in contemporary colleges,for example,the goal is not clear;while choosing materials,stress is laid only on the spreading of knowledge,but the shaping of values is ignored;the legal education is confined to or mainly relying on the classroom teaching,the center status of students is ignored.The paper discusses the above issues and brings forward some countermeasures from a college legal teacher's viewpoint,and is in hope of providing some useful references for the reform of college legal education in China.
