科学技术的迅猛发展、知识经济的日新月异和读者群体知识更新的加快,对学报编辑的能力和素质提出了更高要求。学报编辑应具备政治判断能力、学术鉴赏能力、创新思维能力、社交沟通能力和信息捕捉能力。学报编辑应加强编辑自身修养,增强法制观念;不断调整和完善自我的知识结构,提高自身的素质,树立终身学习的观念;加强交流,互相学习;积极投身社会实践和编辑实践活动,不断提高自身能力和素质。

With the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge economy and the rapid renewal of knowledge of reader, which requests journal editors with higher ability and quality. Editors should have the ability of political determination, academic appreciation, creative thinking ability and social communication skills and the ability to capture information. Journal editors should strengthen to edit their own self-cultivation, enhance the concept of the rule of law; continuously adjust and improve the self-knowledge structure, improve their quality with concept of lifetime learning; strengthen communication, learn from each other;, take part in social practice and editorial practice, and continuously improve their own ability and quality.
