摘要
针对我国进口原油量的快速增长，预计到２０００年将达到５０００万ｔ以上的情况，分析了国内原油贮备能力低的形势，借鉴国外有关原油战略贮备的经验，提出建设国家原油战略贮备库的一些想法和建议。

In view of the rapid increase in the imported crude oil which is expected to reach 50 million tons by 2000, the article analyses the low capacity of crude oil storage in our country, drawing on the experience of the strategic storage of crude oil in foreign countries, the article also puts forward some ideas and suggestions about the nation’s construction of strategic storage of crude oil.
