镉对金鱼卵子孵化的影响及安全浓度评价

摘要 采用静水法研究了不同浓度镉对金鱼卵子孵化率和畸形率的影响,同时研究了镉对金鱼(Carassius auratus)的急性毒性.结果表明:镉为中毒物质,其对金鱼的24,48,72,96h的LD50分别为9.00,7.313,5.733,5.076mg/L.96h的安全浓度为0.508mg/L.镉在实验浓度范围内,随浓度的升高,孵化率趋于降低,畸变率趋于升高,但较低浓度组与对照组无显著差异,而较高浓度组与对照组差异显著或极显著. The effect of different concentrations of cadmium on the goldfish egg hatchability and abnormality rate was studied with the static test method. The acute toxicity of cadmium to goldfish was also researched in this paper. The results showed that cadmium was a toxicant. The LD (50) of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h for cadmium to the goldfish were 9.00, 7. 313, 5. 733, and 5. 076 mg/L, respectively. The safe concentration of 96h was 0. 508 mg/L. In the range of experimental concentrations, egg hatchability became low and abnormality rate became high with the increase of cadmium concentration. There was no obvious difference between the low concentration and control, while the difference was significant or extremely significant between the high concentration and control.
