重庆市城镇土地集约利用的空间差异分析

Research of Spatial Variance of Intensive Urban Land Use in Chongqing

运用主成分分析法对重庆市40个区县的城镇土地集约利用情况进行了测度和评价,总结全市城镇土地利用集约度的空间变异规律,提出影响城镇土地集约利用的驱动因素.最后对提高城镇整体土地利用集约度和缩小城镇间土地利用集约度提出建议.

Land use intensities in 40 towns of Chongqing municipality are measured and evaluated with principal component analysis, the spatial variation patterns of urban land use intensity are summed up, and the driving factors for the variation are outlined in the present paper. Finally, suggestions are offered to enhance the total urban land use intensity and to narrow the inter-regional gap in land use intensity.
