人类学中的文化与人格学派(亦称新心理学派),是从民族性、个性研究到基本人格、所趋人格的研究,并注意文化作用于人格塑造的方式方法以及儿童抚养和人格模型塑造的关系。本文着重分析文化与人格学派对于学龄前儿童教育的研究的借鉴作用,以及这些理论对于儿童人格塑造的现实指导意义。
