摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对贵州大学开设瑜伽课程的现状进行调查和研究,针对目前存在的问题,提出相应的建议,为促进瑜伽课程在高校的发展与提高提供参考依据。
By means of documents and questionnaires the present situation of the yoga course run in Guizhou University is probed, and accordingly suggestions are made for improvement.
