浅谈虚拟化的实体企业与虚拟企业的区别

A Talk on Differences between Virtualized Entity Enterprises and Virtual Enterprises

文章通过对当今时代两种不同类型的企业——虚拟化的实体企业与虚拟企业的比较分析，明确了它们之间的主要区别：一、承载主体不同；二、虚拟状态不同；三、存续时间．不同。由此得出结论：虚拟化的实体企业与虚拟企业虽然有某种相似之处，但它们却各有自己的特点，在现代经济活动中肴著不同的地位和作用，因而应当注意把它们区分开来，而不能把二者互相混淆。据此，当前理论界那种把虚拟化的实体企业混同于虚拟企业的观点是不正确的。

This paper attempts to compare two types of enterprises--virtualized entity enterprises and virtual enterprises and to pinpoint their differences. Firstly, agents are different. Secondly, the state of virtualization is different. Thirdly, the duration time is different. It is thus concluded that despite some similarities between them, virtualized entity enterprises and virtual enterprises have their own traits, and perform different roles and functions in economic activities, and that one should be distinguished from another. As such, it is incorrect to mix up the two definitions in the theoretic circles nowadays.
