西安市属三级医院信息化现状调查及发展对策

为了解西安市卫生局直属8家三级医院信息化现状，提出整改对策，通过电子邮件向各单位发送调查问卷的形式对这些医院的信息化基本情况进行了调查。被调查者均为医院信息部门负责人，数据来源可靠，调查问卷回收率高。结果显示，被调查的八家医院均成立了信息化专职机构；大部分制定了长期规划，资金投入相对较少，软硬件有了一定的规模。HIS子系统应用参差不齐。因此。8得出结论：政府应加大投资，信息化主管部门应充分发挥作用，制定统一标准，科学规划，加强人才培养，为信息化迅速发展奠定基础。

For knowing the Xi＇ an public health bureau directly subordinating to three-level eight hospitals informationize current situation, and reforming a countermeasure, time of investigation is adopt the investigation having been in progress to informationize fundamental 8 hospitals condition by the fact that the email dispatches the form inquiring into a questionnaire to every unit, person in charge, the data are inquired into questionnaire coefficient of recovery height from the horse＇s mouth by the investigator without exception for hospital information branch. So, the government ought to enlarge investment, the informationize in charge of branch ought to produce a marked effect sufficiently, work out the unified standard, the science plan, reinforce personnel training, be that informationize prompt development establish a basis.
