腹股沟疝无张力修补术28例临床分析

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法采用美国巴德公司的聚丙烯锥形充填物及成型补片对25例腹沟斜疝,2例腹股沟直疝,1例腹股沟斜疝嵌顿施行疝充填式无张力疝修补术。结果手术时间50～90min,平均70min。术后24h均下床活动,切口疼痛2～3d。术后切口脂肪液化1例,排尿困难2例。术后住院4～7d,平均5d,19例随访5～24个月,平均15个月,无复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术具有安全、创伤小、恢复快、术后复发率低的优点,临床效果满意。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension Jfree mesh pl-ug repairinthetreatmentofinguinalhernia.Methods Themeshandplugtension freeherniarep--airwasadministeredin2 5patientswithindirecthemia, 2patientswithdirecthernia. lpatientwithinc-arceratedindirect hernia using the Bard Mesh. PerFix plug.Results The operation timewas 50-90min（mean70min）.The patients got out of bed 24 hoursaftersurgery,Woundpain-lasted2-3days postoperativesubcutaneous hydrops inl patient,anddysuria happened in 2p- atients.The postoperatire hospital stay was 4-7days（menan, 5days）.Folow-up for 5- 24M--onths（mean, 15months）in 19 patients found no recurrence.Conclusion Tension-free mesh--plug repair has advantages of reliability,mlnimal invasion,rapid recovery and Iowr- ecurrencerate and satisfactory outcomes.
