Ramsay Hunt综合征13例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 13 Patients with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

目的对Ramsay Hunt综合征的临床特征、治疗方法、治疗时间及预后的关系进行探讨。方法对13例患者的临床资料进行综合分析。结果13例中,男8例,女5例,年龄26～69岁,入院前病程3～14d,全部病例均有耳部疱疹、耳痛及面瘫,其中9例有不同程度的眩晕、眼震及平衡失调;面瘫出现时间为发病后2～10d。经综合治疗,且经过3个月～半年的随访,20～36d耳部疱疹全部消失。面瘫完全恢复者10例,不完全恢复者2例,半年不全恢复1例。眩晕、眼震及平衡失调等表现均于15～40d消失。面瘫未完全恢复病例,耳聋提高不明显。结论Ramsay Hunt综合征病损的范围越广泛,其预后则相对较差。早期及时应用抗病毒药物及神经营养药物等综合治疗,则预后较好,无复发。

Objective To study the relation between the clinical feature,method of treatment and treatic time of the Hunt syndrome and result of treatment. Methods Analysis of chnical material of 13 cases with zoster antis.Results 13 cases with zoster auris, earche and prospoplegia male, 8 cases1 femaleI 5 cases, from 26 to 69year old; 3-4d out of hospital, there are 9 cases with vertigo, nystanuns and dysequilibrium. In 2d-10d, the prospoplegia appeared after zostor auris happened. In the patients with active following-up, in 3-6m,the zoster disappeared in 20-36al; in 10 cases, the prospoplegia disappeard completely, and in 2cases prospoplegia uncompletly disappeared; in 1 cases prospoplegia uncompletly disappeared in a half year.Vertigo, nystaguns and dysequilibriam were all disappeared in 15d-40d. But the cases with prospopligia did not better in epicophosis. Conclusion The wider of the region of Hunt syndrome, the badder of the effect of the treatment.The patient would get best in anvivirvus drugs in early period of disease, no recovery.
