产后出血156例临床分析

Analysis on 156 Cases of Post Partum Hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血的原因及防治措施。方法对本院2000年1月至2008年1月156例产后出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果宫缩乏力是产后出血的首位原因,其他原因有胎盘因素、软产道裂伤、凝血功能障碍等。手术产是不可忽略的因素。结论有出血倾向应及早防治,产后2h严密观察,尽早发现产后出血。

Objective To study the causcs of postpartumhemorrhage and explore the effective managements. Methods The clinical materials of 156 patients with postpartum hemomhage from January 2000 to January 2008 were retrospectively investigated. Results It is the first reason tohemorrhage that the uterine inertia, other reasons have placenta factors, laceration ofthc lowergenital tract and coagulation defects , etc. It is a factor that cant be neglected that the operation is produced. Conclusion Bleed and incline to prevent and cure early, observe tightly in postpartum 2 hours, find as soon as possible that bleeds postpartum.
